Trinidad Drilling Ltd. is a growth-oriented dividend paying corporation that trades on the TSX under the symbol TDG. Trinidad's divisions operate in the drilling and well servicing sectors of the North American oil and gas industry. With the completion of the current rig construction programs and recent acquisitions, the Trust will have 110 drilling rigs ranging in depths from 1,000 - 6,500 metres. In addition to its drilling rigs, Trinidad has 20 service rigs that have been completely retrofitted or are new within the past five years and two more service rigs currently under construction. Trinidad also operates 20 pre-set and coring rigs acquired through its recently announced acquisition of Titan Surface Casing Ltd. Trinidad is focused on providing modern, reliable, expertly designed equipment operated by well trained and experienced personnel. Trinidad's drilling fleet is one of the most adaptable and competitive in the industry.

Trinidad has its head office located in Calgary with operation bases in Lloydminster, Edmonton and the United States. The Company currently employs close to 2,000 people. The head and principal office functions of Trinidad are split between Trinidad's executive and marketing office at 2500, 700 - 9th Avenue S.W., Calgary, Alberta T2P 3V4 and its operations office and yard located at 3059 - 4th Street, Nisku Alberta, T9E 8L1. Trinidad also has a U.S. operations office in Houston, Texas.
